Give to Ross-Ellis Center for Arts and Ministry

Since January 2018, the Ross-Ellis Center has been in used for classes, musicals, chapels, recital, conferences, concerts, community gatherings, alumni celebrations, graduations, and dozens of other activities. This 8.5-million-dollar endeavor was the largest building project in the history of Barclay College and has allowed us to expand our outreach to our constituents and communities well beyond a 100-mile radius of our campus. There is no other venue comparable to the 580 seat Lemmons Auditorium in southwestern Kansas. The new auditorium’s capabilities have been highlighted by the musical performances of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat in 2018, Beauty and the Beast in 2019, Mary Poppins in 2020, and Newsies in 2021.

You can still participate in the funding of this new building through our Take-A-Seat initiative which allows you to dedicate a seat in our auditorium. A plaque will be attached to the seat in honor of someone you choose. Seats are $2500 a-piece. Each plate has a maximum of 28 characters, including spaces.

The other way you can participate is by purchasing your Personalized Engraved Brick that will be placed near the walkway to the Ross-Ellis Center. The cost is $250 for a 4 x 8 brick. Your inscription has a maximum of 36 letters, numbers, spaces, or punctuation.
