Accreditation

The college is listed in the current edition of the Higher Education Directory and is approved for the training of veterans. Other offices and personnel on campus maintain membership in a wide variety of professional organizations appropriate to their work. Barclay College graduates have found acceptance into leading seminaries and graduate schools. The documents describing the college’s accreditation and licensing may be viewed in the Business Office where they are on display. As part of the school’s national accreditation requirements, Barclay College recently submitted progress reports to the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE), both for the undergraduate and the graduate programs.

Kansas State Department of Education

Barclay College’s Teacher Education program has received limited accreditation, which is the highest level for a new Teacher Education program, from the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) with approval of a state licensure unit and program.

Association for Biblical Higher Education

Barclay College holds membership with the Association of Biblical Higher Education.  ABHE and its member institutions are unapologetically driven to serve Christ and the Church through the fulfillment of the Great Commission. National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements

Barclay College Online has been approved to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements. Any Institution approved to participate in SARA that offers courses or programs designed to lead to Professional Licensure or certification or advertised as leading to Licensure must satisfy all federal requirements for disclosures regarding such Professional Licensure programs under 34 §C.F.R. 668.43.
Currently, no online programs offered at Barclay lead directly to professional licensure.
