The Barclay College Bears Men's basketball team is headed by 2nd year Head Coach Royce Bryan and assisted by Ray Anderson. The Bears finished the 2010-2011 season 14-13 overall and 10-2 in Midwest Christian College Conference (MCCC) play. The 10-2 MCCC record was enough to earn a share of the conference regular season championship for the first time since the 1986-1987 season. In post-season play, the Bears recorded a 4th place finish in the ACCA national tournament in Joplin, MO.

The Bears philosophy under Coach Bryan and Coach Anderson is to use basketball as a tool in preparing student/athletes for effective Christian life, service and leadership both on and off the court.
