On Thursday, Dec. 6th, the NCCAA Division II national rankings came out and the undefeated Bears were ranked ninth in the country. It marks the first time this season the Bears have been ranked in the top ten.

The ranking comes off a week where the Bears won at Manhattan Christian, beat then #10 ranked Grace University, and knocked off defending Southwest Region champions Dallas Christian to improve to 6-0 on the season.

“This is a great accomplishment for these guys and this program but we also realize that there is a lot of season left and we have to keep getting better each and every day,” said Head Coach Royce Bryan.
