Barclay Athletes earn honors

The men's and women's basketball teams competed in the ACCA National tournament March 4-8 in Oklahoma City. Amanda Carlson (Rock Springs, WY) and Sarah Hancock (Haviland, KS) were named as Academic All-Americans and Sarah also made honorable mention All-American. Keith Reeser (Springfield, IL), Gabe Hancock (Hugoton, KS), and Cal Goss (Henderson, TX) were all named as Academic All-Americans and Jake Gere (Boise, ID) was a 1st Team All-American. Keith Reeser was also a David Terry award nominee. The David Terry Award is presented to the student/athlete that shows not only skill on the basketball court, but also Christian character through Christian Service.
