Bachelor of Science: Christian Ministry Leadership
The Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministry Leadership at Barclay College prepares students for spiritual leadership within the local church, community, or other ministry settings. Students are taught principles which equip them to lead both large and small ministries and to provide a godly influence upon the wider communities in which they are called to serve. Special emphasis is placed upon the development of missional leaders who will be prepared to train and mobilize the body of Christ for effective outreach through personal growth and academic rigor. Students will join an educational community, build lasting relationships, experience personal growth, and be challenged by others who share a vision for service through ministry.
"There are so many things that I learned at Barclay College. I have a much stronger foundation in Christ and my faith has been greatly strengthened since I have been here. But the biggest thing I learned was experiential knowledge. It would have been easy for me to bury my nose in books, but Barclay has a way of getting you out of your comfort zone and into ministry. It was hard at first, to get out and put into practice what I was learning, but in the end it was a great experience, one I wouldn't trade for anything."
